Returns and Exchanges
We truly hope that our products support your path to balance and well-being. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return or Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After inspection, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank – processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at contact@raizcura.com and we’ll gladly assist you.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@raizcura.com and we’ll take care of it with care and attention.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at contact@raizcura.com and we will provide all necessary shipping instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item.
